Where We Ship

We ship to addresses in the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping: $5.99 flat rate on orders under $49.00
Free standard shipping on orders of $49.00 or more, before taxes

Delivery Time

Standard shipping: estimated 7-14 business days after the order ships
Total time from order to delivery: estimated 8-17 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, weather or other events outside our control.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Incorrect Address

Please check your shipping address before placing the order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you within 2 business days to arrange re-shipment, and additional shipping costs may apply.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your package has not arrived within 30 days after the shipping date, or arrives damaged, email service@yjhss.shop with your order number and photos if applicable. We will reply within 2 business days and work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
